Always stick to garment technology-oriented, key equipment uses Shanghai Weijie Preshrinking Machine to preshrink material, French imported lectra automatic cutting machine and German Kannegiesser gluing machine, which can make products smooth, stiff, non-foaming and non-penetration glue; German Durkopp computer automatic bag opening machine and seaming machine to ensure flattened needle, straight lines and back smooth which meet people curves requirements; then adopt Italy shaped-machine to achieve accurate positioning; German Durkopp automatic collar machine can realize design needs; German Durkopp sleeve machine ensures uniform; Italy ironing machine will guarantee overall ironing of front, back, collar, shoulder and sleeve, etc.

Adhering too the work principle of layers of differentiation, individual responsibility, strict control and continuous improvement, relying on ISO9001-2000 international quality management system, there are inspection personnel in each procedure and control fabric, semi-finished and finished products meticulous, preventing substandard products enter the next process or market.

Set up material test, cutting test, overall workshop inspection, ironing test, final inspection, packing check and ex-factory test to ensure 100% qualified rate and 98% examination rate. Quality Supervision Department will implement quality policy and objective in each division, according to the specific work to make different mode, through analysis, solution and feedback to maintain internal effective communication. As for fabrics, semi-finished products and finished products, Quality Supervision Department develops daily, weekly, monthly and annual quality record report, rework non-conforming products, periodic summary and research.
